The Vanguard Digital Printing Systems VK300D is a full-featured,5’ x 10’ UV digital flatbed printer.  The VK300D was awarded “Product of the Year” by SGIA in one of the flatbed categories in 2016, 2017 and  two of the flatbed categories in 2018.

Print speeds of the VK300D enable the ability to print over 40 4‘ x 8’ boards per hour and utilizes industrial Kyocera printheads. The small 4, 8, and 12 picoliter drop size ensures tight dot placement for vivid printed output.

The VK300D can print on a vast array of substrates and materials with the ability to print on media up to 4” thick. Automatic registration and height detection allows the print operator to set up jobs quickly and to efficiently get printed material out the door faster.

With the VK300D, the only limit to what can be produced is the imagination! This printer has the ability to print on Acrylic, Canvas, Brushed Aluminum, Coroplast,  Corrugated Board,  Foam Core, PVC, Stone, Vinyl, Wood, Paper and so much more. Here is just some of what it can do:
